User menu partially invisible in FIrefox

Summary

In Firefox (121.0.1 on Debian/Gnome), the user menu is shifted outside the browser view port:

Using Chrome (120.0, same OS/DM), the is a bit UX better:

This is also an issue with Gitlab Next:

Steps to reproduce

1. In the sidebar, click on the user avatar icon (button[data-testid="user-menu-toggle"]).
2. Observe parts of drowdown panel (div[data-testid="base-dropdown-menu"]) to be not visible.

The issue lies with the CSS positioning of the panel (left: -36.5px).
