Wiki Print as PDF does not render mermaid diagrams

Gitlab Wiki print_wiki feature released with Roll out `print_wiki` feature flag (#422093 - closed) can not currently render mermaid diagram.

It simply displays the mermaid code with a code block formatting. For our usecase, which relies on mermaid diagrams for technical documentation, this effectively prevents using the feature for sharing specs with other parties.
