Service Desk not sending email to the creator
Summary
When service desk is turned on and an email is sent to the generated email, this generates an issue as expected. It passes through the original reporters email and the git bot sends the automated thank you email to the original reporter. If a comment is made to the issue, no email is sent to the original reporter, the badge "originalcreator@gmail.com will be notified of your comment" is missing. Not all issues created are affected, there are also issues where this works normally.
Steps to reproduce
- Turn on service desk
- Send an email to the service desk email address
- Make a comment to the issue
What is the current bug behavior?
If we make a comment to the reported issue, no email is sent to the original reporter
What is the expected correct behavior?
A comment made to the reported issue should be sent to the original reporter. The badge "originalcreator@gmail.com will be notified of your comment" should be shown.
