Review all checks to make sure they work with multi-part bodies

A recent customer issue exposed an issue that can affect checks that only operate on certain content types or body types. When these checks decide if they should be enabled for a specific operation, they fail to take into account multi-part bodies which will have a separate content-type and body for each part.

In the worse case the checks fail to get enabled which can lead to testing gaps.

This has been address for the fuzzing checks which were affected by the customer reported issue, however, the remaining checks should be reviewed and updated as needed.
