Summary

When trying to access Web IDE as a Reporter or Guest via the hot key ., Web IDE shows 404 instead of the invitation to fork a project.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a project and add a user with Reporter permissions there
• Login as this user, open the project and try to open Web IDE using hot key .

What is the current bug behavior?

You will get 404 when trying to open Web IDE.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When a user tries to open Web IDE via Edit menu, the message You can’t edit files directly in this project. Fork this project and submit a merge request with your changes. is shown with an invitation to fork a project. Users should observe the same behavior when trying to open Web IDE via the hot key.
