Application list is not rendered when duplication error is shown in CI/CD > Clusters detail page

If you change a cluster in CI/CD > Clusters using an existing environment scope, you'll hit an error saying you cannot have duplicates. In that specific case, the list of applications for the cluster is not rendered and you'll see a blank space.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a cluster with environment set to example - Cluster1
  2. Add a cluster with environment set to not-example - Cluster2
  3. Open Cluster2 details page
  4. Attempt to change Cluster2 environment to example
  5. Click Save
