Add description to input fields missing them during project creation

Insight

When creating a new project and completing the form, it's better to ensure the user understands why and how they should fill out each parameter. Some of the input are missing descriptions.

Action

Add descriptive information to each input field that explains the point of the parameter being defined. Having a description on each input will add consistency to the form, while also ensuring the user has confidence in completing it.
