Help users select the correct project type during project creation

Insight

When creating a new project, it would be nice if we could better help users make the right selection as to which project type they should select based on their needs.

Action

Add a goal oriented system that allows the user to specify what type of project they need to create. Then suggest options for them that are aligned with that goal. Something like this would, could help alleviate concerns about being able to undo anything and which of the 4 options is the right one to choose. It would also help show the user that we're experts and we're here to help you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.
