In the MR approval rules project settings, the entry for coverage check links to the docs from two places, the Learn more link and More information in the popover. Both point to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/testing/code_coverage.html#coverage-check-approval-rule.

Proposal

Remove the Learn more link from the description.
