List reordering is not working on Issue Board

After creating an issue board and adding multiple lists, it is not possible to re-order the list by dragging manually.
The board I created contains 5 lists based on the value of a scoped label. When attempting to re-order, dragging a list results in the list staying in the same place or jumping to a random position on the board.
