Clarify wording on GKE pricing when own clusters are used

When I add my own cluster, the ingress app has a note which doesn't make any sense if I'm not running on GKE.

Note: This will add some extra resources like a load balancer, which incur additional costs. See GKE pricing

We should make it more clear when this applies.
