Remove Project Template's history when creating new project from a template

Proposal

When using gitlab New Project and selecting Project from template. Using a custom template (and possibly built in ones) you get the commit and MR history of the template dragged into the new Project. This feature proposal would be to, optionally, choose to not bring this information across as it's not pertinent to the new project. I'd propose that the default is "no history" with the option to include it.
