Feature Request: Broader view of Code Coverage information

Problem to Solve

Currently code coverage information is only available for lines that impact it in the merge request. When browsing a repository it's not possible to identify areas that don't have adequate coverage so they can be improved.

Proposal

When browsing the code; it would help to see the same information that is in the Merge Request.

A new tab within the same section would be a good solution as well.
