Feature Request: Viewing failed pipelines

Proposal

This feature request being requested by the following customer (internal).

As per the customer's suggestion, there should be other places in the UI where we can view pipeline status or failed pipelines. The reason being that we should have a holistic view per group or subgroup of the status.

For example: In the Group/SubGroup views could we have a simple "checkmark" style lookup to see if there are any failing pipelines.
