Follow-up: Refactor pipeline details header to use GraphQL

Most of the data was moved to GraphQL allowing us to refactor the pipeline details header to use a SSO. But there are a few missing pieces outlined in the issue #433244 (closed)

Proposal

Do the same work we did in !138183 (merged) but for the remaining data seen here https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/app/assets/javascripts/ci/pipeline_details/pipeline_details_header.js#L32-35
