Issues shouldn't be created until the Enter key is entered twice when creating in Japanese from an Epic (Japanese IME)
Summary
When creating an issue from an Epic in Japanese, it oftentimes occurs that hitting the Enter key results in creating multiple issues inadvertently. Japan IME is broadly used for conversion of Japanese Kana characters into specific Chinese characters, which makes more sense to users of their meanings. Upon conversion, users normally converts several times in a sentence, each of which requires them to hit the Enter key.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to an Epic view
- Use Japanese IME, start typing in an issue title in Japanese
- Japanese IME asks for conversion, user makes a decision then hit the Enter key
This results in creating a new issue with incomplete title
