Export CSV data malformed

Commas are used when issues are exported as CSV. As a result of that, most of the times, the CSV content is malformed because of the data in the issues. That way the CSV is unusable.

Proposed changes

• allow selecting the issue fields that should get exported
• by default disable exporting the text fields that will malform the export (description)
• spent / estimated time is exported as seconds instead of hours
• not all tags are exported

Use case

• export CSV issues to sum weight
• export CSV issues to sum estimated hours
• export CSV issues to sum spent hours
