Organize the sections of content within Admin > Appearance
Problem
This issue comes out of discussion on !137942 (comment 1674318830):
I was trying to make sense of the order of items on this page and having difficulty, which is completely on us
😅 I was at first wondering if like settings items were/should be grouped together, but then I thought perhaps having the settings options listed alphabetically would ultimately easier for people. I'm guessing that you've positioned this new field such that the last three items are listed alphabetically. Was that your intention? If so, perhaps we should consider making a follow-up issue to re-order the rest of the items on this page (Nav, Favicon, Sign in, System Header, PWA) so that all the items are listed alphabetically, and are thus easier to locate on the page?
Proposal
Consider a sensible way to organize the sections on this page. Perhaps alphabetically?
