Evaluate specialized indexes for model registry search APIs

As noted in !137476 (comment 1673123976), specialized index may be needed for to support efficient pagination for search APIs. The purpose of this issue is to evaluate the need for these indexes to be added to support the MLflow search queries. Table to be considered should include ml_models, ml_model_versions, ml_candidates, and ml_experiments.
