Caret on role selection dropdown not clickable

Summary

When creating a new Project Access Token or Group Access Token the caret of the Select a role dropdown is not clickable. The user needs to click on the dropdown field itself for the options to show up. Clicking the caret on other dropdowns, for example selecting the public email in the user profile, works.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start to create a new PrAT or GAT
  2. On the Select a role dropdown click on the caret to show options

The dropdown options show up
