View list of existing visualizations

Proposal

As a Developer/PM/EM developing features, I want to change how data is grouped in an existing visualization, so I can keep my visualizations relevant.

Use cases

Acceptance criteria

• Users can easily find custom visualizations (may iterate through sort/list/pagination/search)
• Role permissions are enforced, nothing custom for this iteration about who can view the list
• Next iteration(s) will be delete/edit a visualization so take into account in the UX

Measures of success

• Track the count of users who view the list so we can build a funnel from analytics -> list of visualizations -> edit -> success to see how the flow is doing.
