Merge Request and To-Do List icons have moved to left hand side bar

The Merge Request and To-Do List icons used to be visible/available on every screen, near the top. This was immensely beneficial because it was immediately obvious Gitlab if I had MRs to deal with or To Do items to work on, etc.

This information has now been hidden in the left hand side bar pane.

This change is problematic because it now requires that the user has to go and look for it, clicking around to find information that used to be always available. It has made the user experience harder since the information is no longer "right there."

Edit: Please move this information back to where it originally was, or find some other way to have this information always available on the main screen and not hidden on the left hand side panel
