Allow searching an environment to apply from the middle of the environment name

Problem

When searching environments by name, matching applies from the beginning of the environment name. If we search a keyword from the middle of the environment name, the search doesn't return any results.

Proposal

Allow matching to apply from the middle of the environment name as well.
