Project Access Token date picker should not offer dates past the maximum lifetime

Proposal

I'd be nice if the Project Token expiration date picker would not allow for dates to pick past the maximum lifetime which is 365 days. A label should explain that 365 days is the maximum.

The current approach is to let the user pick any date and fail the save request with a warning. That warning is comprehensible. However I might have lost time by theorizing on the ideal expiration date. Do I go with 2 years or even 5? Let me do a quick research if there's some common sense... And I'll quickly ping my colleague if he has an opinion about this... Then I save and all the time spend on this is lost because I can only pick one year.
