Details

As an admin, I want to filter the usage report by my company's quarter start and end dates, so that I can the percentage and trends of runner usage by project so I can properly charge them.

Proposal

• Add a custom option to the time period filter.
• This option should trigger a modal that allows the user to add a custom start and end date.
• The user can either input the date themselves or use the calendar widget (same experience as adding a due date to issues).
