Details

As an admin, I want to filter the usage metrics report down by one or more runner tags, so that I can see projects that use runners with specific tags.

Proposal

• Add a filter that allows the user to select 1 or many runner tags. This should work as an OR operation. For example, if I select linux and sm, I should see all projects that have used a runner with either linux or sm.
