Fix sticky positioning of bulk header on pipeline security tab and instance-level report

Summary

When selecting findings on the pipeline security tab, with pipeline_security_dashboard_graphql enabled, the selection_summary.vue component overlaps with the table header.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Table header is fully beneath the selection summary.
