Fork only one branch from a project.

Description

As a user it would be great if I could use the API to fork only the branch needed from a project. At the moment there are many branches included when the repository is forked, when in reality, only one branch is needed.. There is a lot of time wasted deleting unwanted branches and a feature such as this would be extremely useful.
