Accessibility of Sign In Page and Support of Markdown

The Sign In page for GitLab supports markdown. However, I am not able to change the paragraph size of the help message on the Sign-in page. It only supports simple markdown features like headings. I need to increase the font size of the paragraph from 13px to 16px.
