Save a filtered view in a custom dashboard

Customers creating custom dashboards with a variety of data from product analytics, value stream analytics or other sources may need to always apply the same filter to the dashboard as a default.
Proposal
A tokenized filter or set of filters can be set and saved as the default view within the dashboard designer.
