Cannot view or add emojis on MR Threads
Summary
It is not possible to view or select emojis in an MR thread (the only place that works is inside the rich text of a MR comment if the emoji was already there before or is added with the ":emoji:" notation while auto complete is not working for that).
Steps to reproduce
- Open any MR and attempt to see or add an emoji to a MT thread (or the MR description itself)

Assumedly any project. The issue can also be experienced on the open MRs of the GitLab project itself.

Emojis are shown and selectable
