Display Issue label in the MR widget if a Vulnerability has had an issue created from it

Problem to solve

Currently, when working in a Merge Request (MR), a label is displayed if a vulnerability is dismissed but not if you created an issue from the vulnerability. In some cases, there may be a number of new vulnerabilities shown in the MR widget and the user has to keep track of which they have created issues from themselves as there is no visual indicator except by clicking the vulnerability to bring up the pop-up and seeing if the Create Issue button is in the lower right.

Proposal

Add an Issue label to each vulnerability that has an issue created for it. Ideally, this would bring up the issue if clicked.
