20% of "~rspec:slow test" issues has wrong group

It's great we have issues opened for rspec:slow test ! However around 20% of the issues (90 issues) opened are for grouptenant scale, which mostly have the wrong feature_category.

To pick one example, #429722 (closed) is not grouptenant scale , it should be groupenvironments .
