Inconsistencies on Geo configuration page

Sid observed:

• On https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/gitlab-geo/configuration.html there are 3 steps in the intro, 4 steps numbered on the page, and 5 in total (verification step is not numbered).
• https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/gitlab-geo/ssh.html has no purpose

Easy fixes, will tackle now.
