Consider exempting group/project and service account access tokens from IP restrictions
Proposal
Currently, IP restrictions for a group affect all types of user accounts, including resource access tokens (group/project) and service accounts. This can limit the ability of customers to use tokens for automation purposes in applications where IP addresses are not static/in a defined range. For example, one customer was trying to use access tokens in CI but it doesn't work when IP restrictions are enabled.
Should we exempt certain types of users and their tokens from IP restrictions?
