Add Mastodon as a supported Social network on the User Profile

Mastodon social profiles can now be added to a User Profile.
Problem to solve
We're now adding ActivityPub support into GitLab, but there's currently no supported fediverse social network profile/link for users. It would be great to add support for users to add Mastodon social usernames to their profile, in the same way twitter/discord/linkedin are supported.
