"Pending" jobs panel missing from admin "Jobs" view

Since the most recent update to v16.4.1, the admin jobs panel no longer has a tab for "pending" jobs. I can only select "all" and "finished". I used "pending" jobs regularly to get an idea of things that are queued across all projects, so it would be great if that tab could be brought back. :)
