Support specifying job variables when retrying a job via the API

Proposal

In GitLab 15.7, we added a feature to specify a variable when retrying a job via the UI.

This is currently not supported when using the Retry a job API.

It would be ideal if we also add support specifying job variables via the job_variables_attributes with this specific endpoint.
