Move trigger update method to make use of a modal instead of a new page
Problem to solve
Coming from !20715 (comment 254200391) it was indicated that moving the update trigger functionality to make use of a modal to be a real usability improvement as it removes the need to get out of context and load a page of its own.
This has been scoped off from !20715 (closed)
