Display blob metadata for secrets

Overview

As part of the work to improve messaging in and around pre-receive secret-detection, it is important to support displaying details of detected secrets (e.g. file path, line number) when a secret is detected.

Implementation Plan

• Update the new push check to:
  • Display blob metadata for detected secrets, mainly file path and line number.
