Proposal

Currently there seems to be no way to search by less popular languages (Pascal in my case), even if those languages are supported and correctly detected by GitLab in the specific repositories. E.g. at page: https://gitlab.com/explore/projects/topics/hacktoberfest (or seemingly any other page with search and filtering like https://gitlab.com/explore)

E.g. explicitly specifying the language in the URL as

https://gitlab.com/explore/projects/topics/hacktoberfest?language=Pascal

also doesn't give any results. While there seems to be a way to workaround this through language codes, but they do not match those of Linguist (Pascal would have been 67) and I couldn't find any table to look up (and even if it is available in the open it's far from user-friendly way :)).

So, proposal is to at least support manually inputting the language in a human-readable form (case-insensitive) in the URL bar.
