The License scanning of CycloneDX files feature is based on external data for license information.
These sources and how we extract this information should be documented.
Note that we've already added the sources in: https://docs.gitlab.com/user/compliance/license_scanning_of_cyclonedx_files/#data-sources
We should now continue with explaining how we extract the license data from these sources.
