Problem

There's no way to reorder pinned items via the keyboard. This is assessed as low impact because all tasks (other than reordering) can be accomplished. A cumbersome and temporary workaround is to pin items in the desired order.

Solution

For parity with mouse capabilities, a keyboard user should be able to reorder pinned items. This aligns with the inclusive design principle to provide a comparable experience.

• Space will trigger the drag and drop mode by keyboard
• ↑ and ↓ moves a pinned item around.
• While in drag and drop mode the item text will be italicized with a font weight of 600
