Update verbiage on Upgrade Path tool

I'm upgrading from an old version of GitLab-ce (13.x) and I am using the Upgrade Path tool found here: https://gitlab-com.gitlab.io/support/toolbox/upgrade-path/?current=13.11.7&distro=docker&edition=ce

The upgrade went smoothly until I hit version 14.x. (This is because of the introduction of background migrations.) I had stopped the GitLab instance before the background migration ran -- and the database got into an inconsistent state. (My fault for not reading all of the release notes -- I didn't know background migrations existed. Fortunately, I was able to recover from the mistake! Now that I know there are background migrations that run, I'm well on my way through the 15.x upgrade 😄).

One suggestion is to update the verbiage on the Upgrade Path tool.
