Enable support of CVS GA
Problem to solve
We need to communicate w/ Support and share troubleshooting instructions so that they can handle customer requests related to Continuous Vulnerability Scanning (CVS).

Collect and add troubleshooting instructions.
Share with Support, and tell them ahead of time that we're enabling CVS globally.

Add troubleshooting instructions to CVS documentation. -
Notify #support_gitlab-com
and#g_secure-composition-analysis
channel (more guidance when this is necessary in the dev docs), and share links to CVS docs and troubleshooting instructions.
