In Add compute minute breakdown by project to the ... (#421457 - closed), we are adding a card around runner usage with an action to export all data to csv. We want to understand how many users are exporting so we can figure out where Runner Fleet Dashboard - Admin View: Display co... (#423566) sits in priority.

Proposal

Add tracking to the Export to CSV button so we can track total clicks (unique users not necessary)
