Analyze MRD_files queries and confirm partitioning compatibility
[W]e need to analyze queries that touch these tables and ensure that they'll be compatible with partitioning. We'll be able to do this by partitioning the table using the helper that @dfrazao-gitlab is working on in a draft MR, running rpsec, and looking at the logs that the auto-explain job produces to see which queries are impacted.
