Use normal background color for unchanged lines in expanded diffs
When I’m doing a code review, and I expand a block of hidden code, it always leaves it colored like the separator bar. Rather than having it colored with the same background as other code that hasn’t changed, it stands out, which is unnecessary and distracting. See the big grey block in the screenshot expanded code.
