Display top 5 active group runners

It's difficult to know which runners in your fleet are the busiest. Now you are provided with the top 5 active group runners, based on the number of running jobs they are taking on.

Proposal
In order to get closer to giving users a better concept of how "busy" their runner is at the moment, we should display the top 5 group runners with the most in progress jobs in the Fleet Dashboard.
