It is impossible to know what the mean wait time is for a runner to pick up a job to get a sense of runner performance through GitLab today. Now you have a chart of mean wait time over 3 hours for all group runners at the top-level group.

It is impossible to know what the mean wait time is for a runner to pick up a job to get a sense of runner performance through GitLab today. This makes it difficult for group owners to get a sense of how quickly jobs are getting picked up.
